Private Jewellery making sessions

Private jewellery making sessions are the perfect way to learn techniques with undivided tutor guidance and support. The 2 hour sessions are tailored to your level, pace of working and style of work you would like to complete.

Materials are in addition to the course fee and are usually around £7-£15 for a 2 hour session.

All sessions are based in my fully equipped teaching workshop at Yardley Arts, The Old School Hall, Yardley Hastings, Northamptonshire, NN7 1EU. If you would like to come with a larger group of people click here to see my jewellery making parties page.

**Please note 1:1 sessions are usually available in school term time on a Monday or Friday afternoon from 12.30pm – 2.30pm**

Beginners – You will be guided through the basic jewellery making techniques to enable you to complete a piece of jewellery to take away with you. In a 2 hour session you would usually be able to complete a simple wide ring, set of stacking rings or pendant. In 3 hours a piece with a simple stone setting would be possible.

If you have a more specific project you would like to complete we can discuss this before the session.

Intermediate – If you have some jewellery making experience but have a specific project that you would like to complete with 1:1 tuition please pop me a message and we can discuss your requirements and the hours needed to complete your piece.

Materials are charged by weight and payable on the day. For a 2 hour course you would expect to spend between £7 and £15 and a full day course would be between £10 and £50 depending on your designs and stones you choose.

What can I complete in 2 hours?

Below are some examples of work completed in 2 hour sessions. You may be able to complete more depending on your skill level and complexity of the items you choose.
