Cancellation policy


By booking a course you are agreeing that you are happy with all of the below including the refund rates:


In the current COVID climate please note that you are booking a course in difficult times and that cancellations by the tutors may be necessary at short notice if testing positive before a session.

The workshop is set up so that everyone has their own space with screens between each desk and their own hand tools. There may be times when tools need to be shared but there are ample sanitising stations around the room. There are 8 learners in each session plus the tutor. There is also a large screen behind the tutors desk which means you can view demonstrations from your individual work stations.

Learners are currently required to wear masks in the workshop unless exempt and wearing the sunflower lanyard and the tutor will wear a mask when giving 1:1 guidance.

Learner cancellation policy;

If for any reason you would like to cancel your course booking, the below rates will apply.

  • At least 14 days notice before the start date – 50% refund
  • If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be given

If there is a waiting list and your place is able to be filled, a refund of 80% may be given at the tutors discretion.

**If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend your course and contact the tutor regarding refund or transfer to a later course**


Tutor cancellation policy:

On rare occasions it may not be possible to run courses as advertised. If the course is cancelled by the tutor, before the start date, a full refund will be given. If sessions need to be cancelled before the planned end date, a pro rata refund will be given. Where possible, alternative dates will be offered or a refund given if you are unable to attend the rearranged sessions.
