Designed for those with prior soldering experience, this immersive session offers the opportunity to craft your own intricate pendant or pair of earrings using this ancient and elegant technique.

Throughout the workshop, you will:

• Learn how to form delicate twisted and zig-zag silver wires

• Construct a custom outer frame to house your filigree design

• Create detailed and decorative filigree patterns within your frame

• Solder and assemble each component with precision

• Add functional fixings to complete your piece

• Finish and polish your jewellery to a professional standard

This workshop is ideal for intermediate makers looking to expand their skills and explore the beauty of filigree. All tools are provided. Please note that materials are charged separately and are not included in the course fee.

Level: This course is not suitable for complete beginners. Prior experience with soldering is essential. You will need to bring optivisors or strog reading glasses as we will be working in very small detail.
