Silver Clay Workshop – Rockpool Pendant / Earrings with Stone Setting (Grainne Reynolds) BG03Z5GLa
An engaging silver clay workshop suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience who would like to further develop their skills and confidence.
During this workshop, you will learn how to create a piece of jewellery using a variety of silver-clay techniques, including:
- Rolling and texturing the clay
- Using pre-made moulds to create tiny shell elements
- Refining, assembling and securely constructing your pendant
- Sculpting a sea-foam texture
- Syringe-setting a sparkling cubic zirconia
- Creating small pebble elements
By the end of the day you will have used all of these techniques to make a beautiful seashore-themed piece of jewellery, which you can kiln-fire, polish, and patinate.
All materials are included.
A selection of sterling silver chains and ear wires will be available to purchase as optional extras.
