Silver Jewellery BEGINNERS 6 week course Monday evening 7-9.30pm YH BMKEVE1YH

Work on 3 different projects over 6 weeks, learn a wealth of jewellery making techniques including forming, cutting, texturing and polishing and create at least 3 pieces of work from your own designs.

Week 1-2: Using texturing and stamping techniques to make a wide ring, pendant or earrings

(Rolling, stamping, hammer textures etc)

Week 3: Saw piercing – pendant

(I’ve got some nice flower and leaf templates but you might like to find some of your own)

Week 5-6: Cabochon bezel set ring stack or pendant

(pre made bezel cups and 6mm gemstones)

Tutor: Joshua Chandler-Morris

Materials: In addition to your course fee (between £30-£60 depending on your designs and stones you choose)

Level: Suitable for total beginners or those with very little jewellery making experience.
